Using the straightforward digital controls, you may choose from one of six pre-set settings between 60 and 100 degrees Celsius. Oolong, green, and white teas all benefit from being prepared at temperatures between 60 and 90 degrees Celsius. Black tea, Earl Grey, hot chocolate, chai, instant soup, and fruit teas all taste best when prepared at 100°C, whereas French Press coffee and quick brews prefer 95°C.
